All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days unless otherwise indicated. Most orders are shipped via FedEx or US Priority Mail. Due to certain circumstances, there may be events where delays occur. Shop4Less does not guarantee an exact shipping date. There is no shipping during weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Orders placed during the weekend and national holidays are usually processed the next business day. At this time, Shop4Less only ships to the 48 contiguous states. Shop4Less is unable to process any orders with FPO or PO box addresses. Credit Cards / Payment Methods Shop4Less accepts the following Credit Cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. At this time, Shop4Less only accepts U.S. Issued Credit Cards with U.S. billing addresses. Sales Tax Policy All orders shipped to California residents will be charged an additional 8.25 % tax. Returns Policy All purchases may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving the package. Please contact our returns department to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number must clearly be written on the outside of the package. The customer will be liable for shipping charges to return the package. All refunds may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shop4Less' sole responsibility and obligation in the event of defective merchandise shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the merchandise and we shall not be responsible for any other damage or loss. All products (unless noted on our web site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. To initiate the return process, send an Email to beauty@shop4less.com, clearly stating your situation and what you would like to return. You will then be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number through our returns department. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Shop4Less will not issue an RMA for merchandise that was invoiced more than 30 days prior to the date of request for an RMA. Once you receive your RMA number, pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging (included all packing, parts, accessories, and instructions) to ensure product safety during return shipping. We strongly recommend insuring the returned package, as we are not responsible for damaged or lost shipments. Return the product(s) to the address provided by our returns department with your RMA number written clearly on the outside of the box. Once we receive the returned product(s), any refunds due or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days. Please read carefully: Our warehouse will not accept any returned packages without an RMA number on the outside of the box. We reserve the right to refuse any packages that do not have an RMA number. If an item without an RMA is returned in a manner in which we are unable to refuse the package without cost, the customer is responsible for the cost of having the item shipped back to them. |
